Compared to the other meal plan service I tried last year this one is miles better for actually sticking to. I signed up for the basic box to see if it would work for me and the portions were sensible and the recipes don't take forever. I've been using it for about six weeks now and I can actually tell the difference in my energy. Really happy so far and I'll see how it goes.
