I needed a plan that worked for both me and my teenagers without costing a fortune. This did the job and the meals are filling. Good value for what you get, and it's easy to switch things around.
Read moreI've been a customer for a few years and the plan still does what it says. My problem this time was the delivery of the new recipe pack, which took nearly a week longer than the date they gave. When I emailed about it the reply took three days. The food itself was fine once it arrived.

I know a fair bit about meal planning from years of trying different programmes, so I was looking for a solid plan with proper macros. This one gives good nutritional info and the weekly structure is sensible. The only niggle is that the add-on packs are dear for what they are.
I needed a meal plan that didn't cost the earth after my food bill went up. This came in well under what I was paying for the gym-based programme I'd been using. The plan itself is simple and I've stuck with it. Delivery of the weekly guide was on time and nothing got lost.
I ordered the weekly meal kit back in the spring to see whether it would save me time in the kitchen, and on the whole it has. The recipe cards are clear and the portions are sensible for two. The one niggle was that a single item arrived a day after the rest of the box, which was a little inconvenient, though the customer team did sort it out promptly when I wrote in.
