Honestly they have been my go to for managing my blood sugar for about six years now and nothing has changed my mind. I order the same diet support pack each quarter and it arrives when it should. The customer team answers the phone and actually knows what they're talking about, which matters a lot when you're a bit old fashioned about these things. Good value for what you get.

Delivery of the supplements arrived in good time, and the adviser answered my detailed questions…
Read moreHonestly I needed a reset after eating rubbish over the festive period and a mate recommended this. Signing up was quick and the first week of meals was easy to follow. Only thing is it's a bit pricey for a student budget, so I'm stretching it out.
My daughter suggested I look into a proper plan after my last check up, as I was struggling to keep track of what I was eating. I looked at three options before settling here, and this one was the easiest to follow. The only gripe is that the recipe book took a few weeks to arrive, so I had to wait before starting properly. Otherwise I'm happy with the results.
I'd say they are reasonably good for what they set out to do, and I've followed the plan for four months now. The thing I'd change is the returns process, which is a bit fiddly when you need to send something back. Otherwise the portions are sensible.
