Compared with the hospital route, this is a lot cheaper and I got my results in under two weeks. The price is fair for a full report and nothing extra was pushed on me at checkout. The app is easy enough for someone not great with phones, and the results came with a clear summary I could share with my GP. Didn't need to contact anyone so can't speak to their support.

The sample process was clear enough and the results arrived when they said they would. My main gripe is you're paying a premium for the nicer app, which I didn't really need. The results came back with a clear breakdown of my bacteria and some practical food ideas. Delivery took a day longer than promised, but that's about my only complaint.
bought the starter gut test in the spring. kit came in a plain box, swab and tube were pretty straightforward, just had to remember to post it same day. results took about two weeks & came through the app which was fine. got a few suggestions on fibre and fermented stuff, which i've mostly stuck to. not sure it's changed my energy much yet but interesting to see the numbers.
Compared to the other place I used before, this is quicker to order and the reminders for retesting actually arrive on time. I've been a customer for about two years now and the tracking side is what keeps me coming back. The kit itself has never let me down. One small thing is the renewal emails are a bit pushy.
