Compared with two other meal kit companies I looked at, this one gave me far more options for vegetarian meals without the price jumping. The other two felt like they were pushing their own range of shakes. I ended up choosing this because the menu is easier to change week to week. Happy with the choice so far.
Read moreNot worth it honestly. Signed up, paid, and then the app kept logging me out every time I tried to change my dietary preferences. Emailed them and it took four days to get a reply, which felt like ages. Eventually sorted but I'd rather not go through that again tbh.

The app is a bit clunky though, you have to tap through several screens to swap a single recipe and I lost track of my shopping list twice. Otherwise solid.
Honestly it's still the best plan I've used in years and I've been a customer for about four years now. The weekly check-ins have kept me on track through two house moves and a bad winter. Prices went up a bit last spring but the coaches haven't changed and they still answer messages within a day, which is more than I can say for my old gym.
