Maximum Slim

Honestly it's worth it for the price, I've been using the plan for about six weeks and the app is dead easy to use on my phone. The food log hasn't let me down yet and I've mostly stopped snacking at night, which was the whole point for me tbh.

I needed something to help with my routine after a bad few months and wanted something simple. I looked at three or four other places before settling on this one, mainly because the info was clear and the reviews didn't read like adverts. Signing up was quick and everything arrived when it said it would.

Honestly really good, the calorie tracking is quick and I can log lunch in under a minute while queuing for coffee. Only thing is I wish it remembered my usual orders better.

Compared with the free calorie apps, this one is far more accurate for food I actually buy. I've used those for years and they always got the portion sizes wrong. The paid version is worth it for the meal plans and the barcode scanner works first time. Nothing I've found beats it at the moment.

I've been with them for years now, long enough to remember the older version of the site. The plan I started on is still the one I use, and they've never tried to upsell me on anything I didn't ask for. When I changed my address the update was done without fuss. Happy to keep going.

Pretty sure this is the best thing I've signed up for this year. Took me about ten minutes to get going and the reminders actually work, which I didn't expect. Cancelling is easy too if you ever need to.

The calorie tracker is spot on, it uses proper food database entries rather than random user submissions, which I've found a real problem with elsewhere. Barcode scanning works on most UK supermarket stuff. I've been counting for years so I notice these things. The meal plans are sensible too.

I bought the starter pack first, not sure what to expect. It came in a plain box with everything I needed inside and clear instructions on the card. The site walked me through what to do next, which was handy since I'd never done anything like this before.

Compared to paying for the gym this is way cheaper and I actually stick to it. I tried a couple of other apps before and they just nagged me constantly. This one doesn't push too hard and the plan fits round my shifts.

My GP mentioned my cholesterol had crept up and I wanted something I could stick to without paying a fortune for a personal trainer. I've been on the plan since March and the weekly progress emails are useful without being nagging. Compared with the local clinic it costs a fraction of the price, and the coaching support has been steady and sensible. My wife keeps asking when I'll let her try it.

I wanted something sensible to help me manage my weight after my doctor suggested it. The approach here is kind and never made me feel silly for slipping up. The team were patient when I had questions about the plan. I'd recommend it to anyone starting out.

I've been on the monthly plan for almost two years now and it's the one thing I've stuck with. I started with the basic version and later moved up to the full programme once I'd got into the habit. The billing has never gone wrong, which I can't say for most subscriptions I've had. Renewing was simple each time and the reminders were useful rather than annoying. I've recommended it to my brother and he's signed up too.

The first thing I noticed was how clear the onboarding was, with a short video explaining how to set my targets. I had a couple of questions in the first week and got a reply from the support team the next morning. The app itself is simple, and the recipe section is handy when I can't be bothered to think about dinner. I'd happily carry on after the first month.

I needed something gentle to help me get moving again after my hip operation, and my daughter found this for me. I'm not one for fiddling about with apps, but the sign up was straightforward and the instructions were easy to follow. The programme has been very sensible, and I've not had to ring anyone yet, which says something.

Compared to the app I was using before this is much better for the price. I tried two others first and both wanted a card before I'd even seen a plan. This one let me look around properly and the coaching messages are actually useful. I've been using it for a few months now.

Compared to the clinic I was going to, this is so much easier to fit around work. I booked the first session online and it was confirmed straight away. The person I spoke to knew what they were talking about.
