Bought the ten session pack for my daughter. Price was lower than buying single lessons, and it was easy to use the sessions up over the school holidays. The tickets are saved in the app so no paper to lose.
Read moreNeeded a block of lessons for my son before his swimming gala and the site was the quickest way to get a slot. The lessons themselves are fine and the instructor knows her stuff. Price was a bit higher than what I found elsewhere for a similar number of sessions though. And when I wanted to move one lesson it took three days for anyone to reply. Probably would not bother again unless nothing else…
Read moreWe needed swimming lessons sorted before the school holidays and the council pool had a waiting list of about six weeks. Booked the ten session pack for both kids and the per lesson cost worked out a fair bit less than the other places I rang round. Lessons run on time, the instructors are decent and I haven't had to chase anyone for anything. Good value for what you get.
Read moreCompared with the other swim school I tried, this app is much quicker to book on my phone, I was done in a few taps. The other place made me create an account before I could even see the timetable. The only thing I'd change is that the app logged me out twice while I was booking, which was annoying when I was on the bus. Lessons themselves were good.
Signed up for the adult beginner course on my phone, took like two mins. Lessons are at a decent pool near mine. Only thing is the reminder text came the day before instead of two days like I thought it would, so I nearly missed one. Otherwise the instructor is good and I'm not dreading going any more. Would sign up again.
Been using them on and off for years and mostly it's fine. The one thing that stood out this time was how long the refund took after I cancelled a session, nearly two weeks. The instructor was good and the booking is still easy.
Honestly this is the one I'd go with for booking swim lessons in our area. I looked at two other sites first and they both wanted more details before showing any times. Here you pick a level, pick a slot and you're done. Only small thing is the reminder emails arrive a bit late sometimes, but I still turn up on time.
I know a fair bit about swimming and coaching having done it at a club for years, so I checked the price against the private club I used to go to. This works out cheaper per session, which is why I went with it. The one downside is that the sessions can fill up fast in the evenings, so you need to book early.
