I've had bloating for ages and wanted to try a probiotic before going to the doctor again. The starter capsules were easy to order and the site explained what each strain is for, which helped a lot. The box came well packed and I've been taking them each morning for two weeks now. My stomach feels calmer already, so I'll keep going.
Read moreMy GP suggested I look at something for my knees after I started struggling on the stairs. I'd been a customer for a couple of years for other bits so I went back to the site. The capsules are fine but the delivery took longer than the site said and I had to chase it.
Read moreI had a question about whether one of the supplements would clash with my blood pressure tablets, so I used the chat on the site expecting to wait days. Read moreI needed a cheaper way to get my vitamin D through the winter, as my usual brand had gone up quite a lot. This one is good value and the tablets do what they say on the label. The only snag was that the first delivery came in a slightly squashed box, but the replacement was sorted within a couple of days.
Been taking the zinc and vitamin C tablets for a few weeks and I've noticed no real issues, they go down fine. Took about a week longer to arrive than the site said though, and I had to chase it up by email. Price is fair compared with the chemist.
Picked up the magnesium sleep capsules because my sleep had got really bad. The detail that caught my eye was how clearly the site lists the dose and when to take them. They work for me but the capsules are quite big. Delivery was fine.
I bought the omega three capsules after reading about them on a forum and I've been taking them for about four months. The capsules are small and easy to swallow, which matters to me. The box arrived in good time and the packaging was tidy. The only thing I'd note is the smell can come through when you burp, but it's not unbearable.
