The portion sizes were the first thing I noticed, they are much more generous than the other two plans I compared. I went with this one for that reason and the food has been filling. Ordering was simple and the weekly box came on time. Price is about the same as the others so no complaints there.
Read morethe app is so nice to look at, like I actually enjoyed logging my meals on it lol. Took a while for my first order to go through because the payment kept timing out though, had to try three times. Once it was sorted it was fine and the food plan itself is decent. The plan arrived on time and the follow-up emails have been useful without being annoying. First order here and I'm staying…

Needed a plan to help me lose a bit of weight before my knee op so booked it on my phone in the evening. Took maybe five minutes, the questions were quick. First box came on time and the food is fine, nothing outstanding but it does the job.
Compared with the cheaper plan I looked at first, this one costs a fair bit more each month. The food itself is good and the delivery came when it was meant to. Renewal was a bit fiddly though because the page kept asking me to confirm my details again.
I bought their omega capsules because my GP suggested I up my intake and the site had a clear dosage guide. The bottle turned up within three working days in a plain box. Price is a bit higher than the big supermarket brands but the quality feels good and the label is easy to read. Only thing is the capsules are quite big so swallowing them takes some getting used to.
