I was a little wary when I first placed my order, as I'm not one for buying online. The staff on the helpline were patient with me when I had questions about the account. The product itself has been very helpful and I can see a difference already. Delivery was prompt and the packaging was neat. I'm glad I took the plunge with them and would happily recommend the service to friends who are…
Read moreOrdered on the site and it arrived in good time. The product does the job I wanted it for, and I was pleased with the instructions. The price is a little higher than I'd hoped, but I'll probably carry on ordering.
Read moreI needed something to help me sleep better after a rough few months at work. I've been reading up on this sort of thing for a while and the info on the site is decent. The order went through without any problems and everything arrived well packed. The one thing I'd change is the checkout page, which is a bit fiddly on a small screen.

Signing up was quick but the app kept logging me out every time I switched off my phone. Annoying when I just wanted to check my next payment date. The service itself is fine so far.
I looked at a few places before going with them because the price was a bit lower than the big names. The sign up was simple enough but the first payment took a while to show on my account. It is cheaper than the others for what you get.
The starter kit was the first thing I bought and it's a sensible way in. Compared with two other places I looked at, the price for the kit was the lowest. The refill was a bit pricier than I'd expected, which is the only thing I'd flag. Otherwise it's been fine.
Ordered on my phone at lunch and it was sorted in a couple of minutes. The payment went through first time and the confirmation came straight away. Delivery was a day later than I expected, though it did turn up.
