The cancel button is hidden in the account settings and I had to email twice before anyone replied, which took four days. The best bit is that the calorie and protein figures are printed right on each meal, so I don't have to weigh everything or guess. I've been tracking for years so I know how useful that is. The only niggle is the sauces come in a separate pouch and one of mine split in the bag, but the meal itself was fine.
