sensible price for what you get
The first thing I noticed was the price per month was lower than what I'd been paying for the same supplements from the chemist, which was the whole reason I switched. A bit dearer than the chemist
I did compare this against the vitamins at my local chemist before I ordered, and these are noticeably more expensive. That said the blend seems richer and I've felt the difference in my energy over a few weeks. Order went through without any bother.
Sorting out the cholesterol
My doctor asked me to look at my cholesterol and I wanted something gentler than tablets to start with, so I signed up for the plant sterol capsules. They have been helpful so far.
