Honestly I didn't expect the delivery to be so quick, it turned up two days after I placed the order. I'd been putting off buying anything online for my digestion because I didn't know what to pick, so I went with the starter bundle and the leaflet inside was actually useful. The capsules themselves are small and easy to swallow, which I wasn't expecting either.

This one is decent, the powder mixes into drinks without clumping and the price is a little higher than the supermarket version. The order took a few days longer to arrive than I expected.

I bought the protein bars after comparing a few places, and these were the most filling for the calories. Flavour is good though the chocolate one is a bit chalky. Price is competitive and the box came in two days.
