Good for a first try
Works well if you want someone else to do the planning. The first order arrived on time and everything was where it should be. Sign up took about five minutes on my phone.

Read moreCompared with buying my usual ready meals from the supermarket, these come in smaller portions for more money. The taste is nicer, I'll give them that. The customer team took a few days to reply when I asked about a missing item.
Read moreI'd been getting really bad bloating after meals for months and my GP said to try a proper gut health plan rather than just guessing. The sign up was straightforward enough but the first delivery came a day later than the site said, which was annoying when I'd already started. The food itself is fine, a bit repetitive after a few weeks though, and it's not cheap compared with doing it yourself.

The breakfast pots are the detail I'd point to, they're filling and the fruit tastes fresh. I've had them for a couple of years now and they've stayed consistent. Occasionally a delivery arrives a bit late but it's rare. The price is fair for what you get.
Went with this over making my own shakes and protein bars because I kept giving up on the cooking. It's pricier than the supermarket route but I'm eating more vegetables and not grabbing crisps at 4pm. The app could be quicker to load on my old phone, which is a bit of a pain. Delivery has been reliable so far.
My daughter suggested I look into a structured plan after my doctor mentioned my blood pressure. I was a bit wary at first but the signing up process was patient and the staff explained everything without rushing me. The meals are sensible and I've lost a little weight, which I'm pleased about. It's not the cheapest option though.
Bought the starter box to see if I'd stick with it and it's been handy for the first couple of weeks. Packaging was tidy and everything was labelled properly, though the ice packs had mostly melted by the time I got home from work. Price is decent for what you get.
the meals themselves are honestly really good, the chicken one with the peppers is my favourite and the seasoning is way better than what i used to get from the supermarket. signing up took ages tho, i had to verify my address twice and the app kept logging me out. once it was sorted deliveries have been fine. not cheap but i don't mind paying for not having to cook
