Compared with the cheaper brand my nephew recommended, this one has a cleaner taste and dissolves better in warm milk, which suits me in the evenings. I've been a customer a good while and I have found the account and reordering straightforward. The delivery has been reliable and I've had no complaints at all.
Read moreCompared with the vitamin D capsules I had from my chemist, these are a good deal cheaper, though I did find the capsules rather larger to swallow. I placed my order by telephone as I prefer, and the lady was helpful, but the reply to my question about the dosage took the best part of four days. I'm sure they are perfectly sound.
Read moreThe BCAA powder in the lemon lime flavour is the one I keep coming back to, because it's properly tart without being sickly, and it mixes in cold water without leaving a film. I've tried most of the big names over the years and this sits right at the top for me. The tub has a clear scoop inside and the seal was intact when it arrived, which I always check. Ordering took two minutes and it came…
Read moreI ordered the joint supplement for my husband after his physio suggested it might help. The price is reasonable and I was pleased it arrived in good time before his next appointment. The one niggle is that the instructions on the back were not quite clear to me about when to take it, so I rang and was told to take it with food. Still, a sensible product.
The mass gainer tastes decent and gets the calories in without me feeling sick, which is what I needed. Delivery was quick. Feels a bit pricey compared with some of the others I looked at, but I'm not going to moan about it.
I've been taking their creatine monohydrate for going on two years now. It dissolves properly in cold water, which my old brand never did, and there's no weird aftertaste. The only annoyance is the pouch is a bit fiddly to reseal, so the powder gets everywhere in the cupboard. The price has crept up a little since I started but it's still fair for what you get.
The protein tubs are good, the cookies and cream one tastes like a proper biscuit, which I didn't expect from a protein powder. Only problem is the postage charge on my small order was more than I'd like, so I've started ordering bigger amounts to make it worth it. Still, it's sorted now and arrives fast.
Good protein for the money and it mixes fine in my shaker bottle most mornings, only real gripe is the tub lid is a bit fiddly when your hands are wet. Would order again though.
