Best value plan I have tried for the money. I went through a few options before this one and the monthly cost works out lower than the gyms and clinics I priced up. Food arrives in one box, easy to plan around work, and the portions actually fill you up. Happy to keep going.

Compared to the cheap supermarket shakes I used to buy, these are much nicer and actually keep me full till lunch. Only gripe is the packaging is a bit bulky for my tiny kitchen. Otherwise sorted.

I've been ordering these plans on and off for a couple of years, mostly for the soup packs which I keep in the cupboard for days when I can't face cooking. The soups are tasty and the sachets make a decent portion. What bugs me is the price has crept up since I started, and the monthly total is noticeably more than it was. I'd still reorder the soups when I need them.
