I take fish oil for my triglycerides and needed a high EPA ratio without the fishy aftertaste. This one has the EPA and DHA split on the label, so I could check it against my bloods. The capsules are small and don't repeat on me. Ordering was quick and it arrived in a padded envelope with no damage. Good value for what it is.

Compared to the gym shop this came out a fair bit cheaper for the same whey. The flavour is ok but a bit chalky. Shipping cost extra under the threshold so I topped up to get it free. Fine for the money.
