Quick note from the train. What stood out most is that the sachets are individually portioned, so I can chuck one in my bag without faffing about with a scoop. Ordered a box, arrived in a few days in a plain envelope. Taste is decent, not amazing. Easy to keep up with when I'm busy, which is the whole point for me.

Went for the zinc tablets mainly because they were the ones with the lowest dose I could find that still did what I needed. Compared with a few other places it was competitive on price. Took a while to get into a routine but it's fine. Quick delivery.
Looked at this against two other brands and it came out cheapest for the same dose, which is why I went with it. Delivery was reasonable and the box arrived in one piece. Only niggle is the return form was fiddly when I asked about a swap, but the swap happened.
I'd been buying a well known brand from the chemist for years, and this compares well on the capsules, which are smaller and go down easier. The price is a bit higher than the pharmacy own brand though, so it's not a bargain. Delivery was quick and the packaging was fine. I'd say it's worth the extra if you're particular about tablet size.
Before picking this I tried a couple of other omega three products, and this one had the clearest info on EPA and DHA. The capsules are a bit large but they don't repeat on me much. Took a few days to arrive but it was a sensible wait. Happy enough with it.
