Honestly the best option I tried after two other programmes that went nowhere. The sign up took about ten minutes and the plan fit around my shifts without any fiddling. Support answers quickly when I ask about swapping meals. Good value for what you get.

I compared three similar services before choosing this one, and it came out ahead on the coaching side. The others felt like they were just sending generic emails. Here I got a real person who looked at my actual eating habits. Signing up took a few minutes and the plan has been spot on.

I bought the starter pack after my GP suggested I look into a structured plan. The welcome pack that arrived was neatly organised, with a clear guide and a card with my adviser's direct number on it. Everything I needed was there and the guidance was easy to follow from day one. I have been pleased with how the programme has helped me so far.

Needed something easy to stick to after my uni timetable went mad. Signed up on my phone in a few mins and the plan was sorted straight away. Pretty handy so far.

The first thing I noticed was that the sign up asked about my health history before anything else, which I appreciated. My daughter had recommended the programme to me after my hip operation. The coach who rang me was patient and clearly knew what she was talking about, and she didn't rush me through the plan. Everything arrived when it said it would and the portions were just right for me. I'm very pleased with it.
