I've been a member for a few years now, which is longer than I expected to stay on any app. Renewing each year is simple and the site has improved a lot since I joined. The people I've met through it have been mostly decent, and I still get a steady stream of matches that suit me.

The sign up took me the best part of an evening because I wanted to read through the questions properly, and the site did keep asking me to fill bits in again. Nothing serious, I just wish it remembered where I'd got to.

The verification bit took ages, like nearly a week before my profile went live. Annoying when you're keen to get going. Once it was sorted the app is alright to use.
Bought the monthly subscription at the start of the year and then wanted to cancel after a few weeks. Finding where to do it in the settings took a while and I had to message support twice before they confirmed it had gone through. I've got no complaints about the matches themselves, it was just the cancelling part that was a faff and left me annoyed.
