Read moreNeeded the bike serviced before my test so I could ride it there. Booked it online and picked a slot. Problem was they took a while to confirm the pickup, I had to ring twice to find out if it was happening. Once it was sorted the bike came back fine and was ready on time, so no real complaints apart from the chasing. Would probably try them again.
Read moreCompared with two dealers and one independent, they came in noticeably cheaper for the same winter service on my bike. The booking form took a couple of minutes and I got a confirmation straight away. The bike was collected the next morning and returned four days later with a note of everything done, including the tyre check I hadn't asked for. Communication was steady from start to finish. Price…
Read moreHonestly a good experience from start to finish. The booking was simple and the service was thorough, with a list of what they'd done. The only small thing was that the price came out a little above my quote once they'd added a filter. Still fine.
I'd say this was a good choice for a routine service on my little hatchback. They were straightforward about what needed doing and the price was fair. The car came back a day later than they first said, which I didn't mind.
Had new pads and discs fitted on the front of my tourer. The brake feel is much better now and the fitter had clearly done it before. The one thing was the bike came back a day later than they'd quoted, but they rang to let me know. Happy with the work.
The collection on my scooter was arranged for the Thursday but it didn't turn up until the Friday afternoon, which was a bit of a shame as I'd planned around it. Once it was back the work looked tidy and the price was fair, and the person I spoke to on the phone was patient with my questions. I'd use them again, though I'd ask about timings a little more firmly next time.
Had a pair of new tyres fitted on my commuter and the pickup was arranged for the following morning. The fitting looked good and the bike rode well after. Took a little while to get the invoice emailed through but otherwise decent.
Got a full service and a new air filter on my scooter. Booked it on the app in a minute. They sorted the pickup but the bike came back with a small scuff on the fairing that wasn't there before. They said they'd look at it and it's fine now, so not a big deal, but it's worth checking when it comes back.
I needed my bike sorted before starting a new job across town and I'd never used a service like this before. The booking form asked a few more questions than I expected but it was easy enough. The bike came back with a new chain and it rides much smoother now. The only thing is the pick up window was wide and I waited around a bit on the day.

We Want Your Motorbike is a UK business that buys motorcycles from private sellers and dealers, offering a direct alternative to listing a bike for sale through classified adverts. The company's service centres on making an offer on a motorbike, collecting the machine and paying the seller, with the aim of removing the time and uncertainty involved in a private sale. The website explains the valuation process and invites sellers to submit details of their bike online.
Its customers are riders who want to sell a motorbike quickly without negotiating with individual buyers, as well as owners of older, damaged or unwanted machines. The company operates primarily online, with sellers submitting their bike details through the website before receiving an offer.
