Compared with the garage I used before, booking here was much quicker and I got a slot for the next day. The fitter was friendly and the car was ready on time. I'd happily go back.
Read moreThe first thing I noticed was how easy it was to pick a time on the website, which I was grateful for as I don't much enjoy phone queues. The fitter did arrive a fair bit later than the window they gave me, and nobody let me know until I rang them. The work itself was done properly enough, though I'd have liked a call ahead.
Read moreI needed new tyres before a long drive to Cornwall and couldn't face finding a garage that had space. They had slots the same week and the online booking was really simple. The fitter spotted an uneven wear pattern I hadn't noticed and explained it clearly. Felt looked after from start to finish.
Read moreI bought a set of part-worn tyres for my estate car and they were very well explained on the site. The fitter was courteous and took the time to answer my questions about the tread depth. I'm pleased with them so far and would happily use them again.
I needed someone to come out to the car park at work after I got a puncture on the way in. They came out within the hour and sorted it without fuss. Happy with that, though the bill came through a day later than I expected.
Compared to my local garage this was way quicker to book, I had a slot the next morning. Fitting was fine, took about 40 minutes. Only thing was they were a bit slow to confirm my booking by email, had to ring them to check.
