Had a coil spring go on my estate and it was sagging at the back, so I'd already read up on it before booking. They asked the right questions on the phone and quoted the job properly with the parts listed. The fitter had it done in a few hours and pointed out the worn top mount on the other side while he was in there. Nothing hidden in the bill, which is what you want with suspension work.

Read moreThe price was the first thing I noticed, about a third less than what my local place wanted for the same rear shocks on my Focus. Booked online on a Sunday night and had a slot the Thursday, which I wasn't expecting. The fitter was done in under an hour and the car rides properly now. Nothing about it felt like a rip off, just a sensible way to spend the money on a car I'm keeping a while longer.
Read moreGot my first set of front struts done through them after a mate recommended them. The online booking was simple and I picked the time that suited. Fitting took about two hours and the car drives nicely now. Would use them again.
Booking on the site was easy and I got a slot the next week. Only thing is they took a while to reply to my question about whether I needed the wheel alignment too. Otherwise the job was done properly and the car feels much better.
Honestly the work was good and the price was fair for the front struts on my Octavia. Only niggle is that it took them three days to ring back after I'd left a message about the quote. Once they did, everything was sorted quickly and the car drives beautifully now.
