This is very good value and reliable for a trip. The booking was straightforward and I received my confirmation without any trouble. The driver was courteous and the car was returned in good condition. I would be happy to book again.
Read moreThe price was the main draw, it came in well under the big names at the airport. Booking was fine and the confirmation email had everything. Pickup on the return was slow though, we waited about twenty five minutes for the shuttle and it was a cold evening. Fair enough for the money but not perfect.
Read moreThe shuttle from the off airport lot runs to a set timetable, and I'd checked it against the flight before booking so we weren't caught out. Drop off was quick, the driver loaded our bags without fuss, and the car was waiting when we got back, with the mileage and fuel noted on the receipt like it should be. Good sign they know what they're doing with the airport run.

Needed somewhere to leave the car for the festival weekend and the pitch was full. Booked it quickly on the site. Dropped off no problem. Pickup took longer than I'd hoped, about forty minutes waiting for the car to come round, and nobody gave a clear update on the app. Price was fine though.
The booking itself is still fine and the car was where it should be when we got back from the fortnight in Spain. What stood out to me this time was the price, it had gone up quite a bit on what we paid last year for the same dates. Not the end of the world but I did have to double check the total before paying.
