I have been using them for about six years now and the thing I notice most is the reminder texts they send before the time runs out. They have never once left me with a fine. The bays at my local shopping centre are always marked out clearly.

Dodgy email bay number
Not great. The bay number on my confirmation email was different to the one on the sign in the car park and I was stood there for ages not knowing where to go. Rang them and the bloke sorted it but the wait on the phone was about ten minutes. Booking itself was quick enough, just the bit at the end let it down.

Booked a space for the station
Honestly the first thing I noticed was how many sites came up when I searched, so I had a look at three or four before picking these. Price was a bit higher than the cheapest one but the bay was clearly signed and I found it straight away when I got back off the train. Booking took about five minutes on my phone and the confirmation came through instantly, which is all I wanted really.
