I've been a member for nearly three years now and it's always been easy. Booked it from my phone the night before, unlocked it with the app and it was parked round the corner exactly where it said. Never had a problem.

The best bit is still the app, you tap your phone and the car unlocks, no keys to fish out of my handbag. I've used them for years now for trips to see my sister and it has never once let me down. Booking is quick and the car is always where it said it would be. Happy with them.
