Compared to the garage I used for years, the online booking here is a good deal simpler and I was able to choose the date myself. The car was returned clean inside and out, which I did not expect. I'd happily book again.
Read moreNeeded a service because my car was due and I'd no idea where to go. The booking form asked a lot of questions and I wasn't sure what some of them meant. Once I got through it the appointment was fine and the car was done.
Read moreThe clutch on my Fiesta had been slipping for weeks and the bite point was getting higher every time I drove it. I booked the replacement through the site on a Monday and they had a slot the following Thursday, which suited me well. The car came back drives lovely, though the confirmation email took a day to arrive and I had to chase it.
Read moreGot brake pads fitted through the site last week. Booking was easy and the price showed up before I paid. The garage was a bit farther than I'd like so it took longer to drop off, but the job was done right.
Got an exhaust fitted through the app after a lot of searching. The quote was clear and the garage was easy to find. The only niggle was the wait for a confirmation text, which took a while, but the exhaust sounds right now and the job was done well.
Needed my car looked at before a road trip because a warning light kept coming on. Booked it on my phone the same evening. The garage was a bit pricey for what they did but they got me in the next morning and sorted it, so fine.
Compared with ringing three garages for a quote this was much quicker, I had a price in a couple of minutes. The only thing was the time slots were limited so I had to go with a day later than I wanted. The work itself was done properly though.

Fixter is a UK car servicing and repair business that connects drivers with local garages and mechanics through an online booking platform. Customers book a service, MOT or repair by choosing a time and a nearby workshop, and the job is carried out by an independent garage partner in their area. The business focuses on routine maintenance, MOT testing and common repairs for everyday cars.
Fixter's customers are private motorists who want an easier way to arrange work on their vehicles without phoning around several garages. The site shows the services on offer and the prices set for each job before a booking is confirmed.
