I needed a taxi to get me to a hospital appointment across the city and I wasn't keen on the apps, but my neighbour suggested this site. Booking was simple enough and the driver was patient with my walking frame and waited until I was safely inside. I'm grateful for the help, and they've been very courteous throughout.
Read moreI've used a different local firm for years and this one was not as quick to get going. When I first tried to book a school run pickup the site froze twice and I had to phone. The phone line took about ten minutes to answer. Once it was sorted the car was fine, but it's a slower start than my usual firm.

Read moreNeeded a lift home from town after a late night and the usual cabs were all booked up. Booked on the app and a car was there in about five minutes, which was great. Driver didn't say much but got me home safe. Price was a bit steep for a short run but I was too tired to care, so it's a four from me.

The driver waited at arrivals with a sign with my name on it, which was the bit I cared about. Flight was delayed by forty minutes and the app updated the pickup time without me asking. Car was a bit older than the photo on the site but clean. Price was fine.
Got a decent price for the trip to Birmingham airport. Driver was about ten minutes late which was annoying but he did text ahead. Car was clean inside. Booking took two minutes.
The pickup was dependable and the driver was prompt, which is what I needed for an appointment across town. Price was on the higher side for a short run, though I don't mind paying for punctuality. Booking through the site was straightforward and the confirmation came through promptly.
Booked an airport pickup at Birmingham online, and the car turned up on time. Driver was polite and helped with the luggage. Vehicle was a bit tired on the outside but clean inside.

The site allows customers to search for vehicles at airports and in towns, then book and pay for a rental before collection. It is aimed at travellers and holidaymakers who want to hire a car at a lower cost than booking directly with major brands.
Customers choose a provider, vehicle category and pick-up and drop-off location, and the booking is handled through the website. The company is known for its focus on budget-friendly car rental options and for presenting the terms, excess and extras of each offer clearly before payment.
