Had a misfire on the Focus and needed new spark plugs before the weekend, so I ordered the set on Friday lunchtime. Went through the vehicle selector and it pulled up the right ones straight away. Read moreI'm happy enough with the end result, though I will say the whole thing took longer than I'd have liked. I booked a service through the site and it was about a week before anyone got back to me to confirm the slot, which meant I had to ring round to be sure. The work itself was done properly, but it's not the quickest experience I've had.
