Best private hire firm I have used in years. I book the same airport run every few weeks and the car is always on time, the driver knows the M4 well, and the fare is shown before I confirm so there are no surprises at the end.
Read moreCompared to ringing the local minicab firm this was a lot easier to sort out. Booking on the app took a minute. Driver turned up fine but the car was a bit scruffy inside and the fare was a few quid more than I expected for the distance. Wouldnt be a dealbreaker though, just noticeable.
Read moreI booked the airport transfer with a people carrier for the four of us plus two big suitcases each. The confirmation email came straight away and the driver messaged ten minutes before pickup. He helped with the bags and the car was spotless. Drop off was smooth and the whole thing felt well organised from start to finish, which made the early flight much less stressful.
Read moreI looked at a couple of other apps before this one and BorGO was a bit more expensive on the same route. The booking itself was easy and the driver arrived on time. Feels like a fair price for a reliable car though.
Needed a cheap way to get home from a late shift without paying the night rate. This was cheaper than the usual taxi, though the quote only came after I had put in my postcode twice. Driver was quick once he arrived and the car was clean enough.
Booked a ride home and the car arrived fine but the app kept logging me out while I was trying to pay. Had to sign back in twice before it went through. Not a huge deal but a bit annoying.
I use the regular booking for the school run and it has been good for a long time now. Last few months the app has sometimes been slow to show the driver but the car always turns up. Price has crept up a little since I started but still fine for the convenience.
