My van's wiper motor packed up in the middle of a downpour so I needed a replacement fast. I looked at a few places before settling on these, mainly because the prices were lower than the main dealer and they listed the fitting guide. Ordered on a Tuesday evening and it turned up the next morning, which was quicker than I expected. Fitted it on the drive and it works a treat.
Read moreI ordered an exhaust hanger for the car and it said dispatched in a day but took almost a week to turn up. Customer service only replied after I chased them twice. The part itself was fine but I'm not sure I'd bother again.
Read moreI ordered a set of front brake pads for my Corsa from the site last month, and they arrived within three working days in a tidy box. The fit was spot on and the pads look like the photos. Checkout took a little longer than I'd have liked, as the postcode field kept rejecting my address until I typed it in a different way. Otherwise I have no complaints and would order from them again.
Read moreOrdered a replacement alternator bracket for my Golf and the parts themselves were spot on, fitted first time. The bit that dragged was getting the order confirmed, I had to email twice before anyone came back and it was nearly two days. Once it was moving the courier got it to me the next morning though, so not a disaster.
First time ordering from them so I was a bit unsure what to expect. Sign up was simple enough. The part I wanted was listed as in stock but it actually came a week later after a backorder email, and the email didn't reach me until a couple of days after I'd placed the order. Not a disaster, but I'd have liked to know sooner.
